VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the Platinum High Gaming Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Official Rules and the decisions of Platinum High Gaming LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is intended only for eligible entrants as defined in Section 2 and will be conducted in compliance with U.S. law. Entry into the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, Platinum High Gaming LLC shall be referred to as the “Sponsor.”

The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration, operation, and fulfillment of this Sweepstakes. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes shall be directed to the Sponsor at the contact information above.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with  Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Discord, Twitch, Amazon, TikTok, YouTube, or any other brand or platform referenced or used in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Any references to third-party trademarks, products, or brand names are for identification purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states or the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry.

Ineligible Participants

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

  • Employees, contractors, officers, directors, or any other individuals involved in the planning, administration, operation, verification, promotion, or winner selection of the Sweepstakes
  • Any individual with access to internal Sweepstakes systems, entrant data, or winner selection processes
  • Members of the same household (whether related or not) of any ineligible individual

Family Member Exception

Immediate family members of individuals involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible if they reside in the same household.

Parents and siblings of the business owners may enter, provided that they:

• Do not reside in the same household as the business owners, and

• Do not participate in the administration, operation, verification, promotion, or winner selection of the Sweepstakes in any capacity

Verification Requirements

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require identity, age, and residency verification, including government-issued identification, at any time during or after the Sweepstakes period.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Void Where Prohibited

This Sweepstakes is void in:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories and possessions
Anywhere else prohibited by law

Participation constitutes an Entrant’s full agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on April 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on June 28, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be submitted, received, and recorded by Sponsor’s systems before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Sponsor’s computer and timekeeping systems are the official timekeeping devices for this Sweepstakes.

Entries submitted before the Sweepstakes begins, or after it ends, are void and will not be accepted.

4. How To Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter:

A. Automatic Entry With Purchase

Entrants will automatically receive Sweepstakes entries when purchasing eligible merchandise from the official Platinum High Gaming website (platinumhighgaming.com) during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each eligible product available on the website during the Sweepstakes Period will clearly display the number of Sweepstakes entries awarded with that purchase.

Entries are awarded in the amount displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Entry amounts may vary by product and are subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion.

If multiple eligible products are purchased in a single order, entries will be awarded based on the combined total entries displayed for each product at the time of purchase.

Purchase Entry Terms:

• Only purchases successfully completed and timestamped by Sponsor’s systems during the Sweepstakes Period qualify.
• Entries are awarded per qualifying product purchased and have no cash value.
• There is no maximum limit on entries earned through eligible purchases unless otherwise stated.
• Orders that are canceled, refunded, declined, disputed, or subject to chargeback will result in automatic removal of associated entries.
• Sponsor may void entries obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any attempt to circumvent these Official Rules.
• Sponsor’s internal order records are final and controlling for determining entry eligibility and entry amounts.

Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

B. Social Media Follows / Subscriptions (Optional Entry Method)

Entrants may earn entries by completing the following social media action during the Sweepstakes Period:

Social Entry Terms

Entries are credited only after verification.

After completing the action, Entrant must send their Twitch username and email address to Sponsor via direct message or email for verification.

Entrant must maintain the follow status through winner verification.

Unfollowing prior to verification may result in forfeiture of Twitch entries.

Sponsor may request screenshots or other proof of completion.

Automated, fake, giveaway-only, or duplicate accounts are prohibited and will void entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to disallow entries obtained through suspected fraud or manipulation.

Social follows are not required to enter or win.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a 3” × 5” card (no larger or smaller):

“I am at least 18 years old, live in an eligible U.S. state, and agree to the Official Rules of the Platinum High Gaming Sweepstakes #3.”

Mail-in entries must be submitted on clean, unused paper or index cards only. Entries submitted on packaging, cardboard, food containers, envelopes, or materials that are damaged, soiled, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable may be deemed invalid at Sponsor’s discretion.

Mail-In Entry Rules

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day, per envelope.

Maximum Mail-In Submissions:
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per calendar day, based on the USPS postmark date, per envelope during the Sweepstakes Period. The maximum number of mail-in submissions permitted per person is equal to the total number of calendar days in the Sweepstakes Period. Each valid mail-in submission will receive Five (5) entries. Multiple envelopes bearing the same postmark date from the same person will result in only one (1) mail-in entry being accepted for that date; additional submissions with duplicate postmark dates will be void.

Each valid mail-in card = five (5) entries.

Mail-in entries will receive the same entry multiplier, if any, that is active on the date the entry is postmarked.

Mail-in entries are intended to provide an equal opportunity to enter as provided through purchase. Accordingly, mail-in entries will receive an entry value equivalent to the highest base entry rate offered through purchase at the time of entry.

If an envelope contains no legible postmark, the entry will be accepted as valid but will receive the base (5×) entry amount only (no multiplier). Sponsor is not responsible for missing, illegible, or misapplied postmarks.

Eligibility for mail-in entries is determined solely by the USPS postmark date and USPS postmark location. If a mail-in entry bears a postmark indicating a jurisdiction that is not eligible under Section 2, the entry will be deemed void regardless of the handwritten address or other information provided.

Sponsor relies on USPS postmark information for eligibility determination and is not responsible for discrepancies between postmark location and entrant-provided address.

Giveaway Identification Requirement

Each mail-in entry must clearly identify the specific Sweepstakes for which entry is intended. The required handwritten statement must include the full official name of the applicable Sweepstakes or any clearly stated identifier provided by Sponsor.

If multiple Sweepstakes are active and a mail-in entry does not clearly identify the applicable Sweepstakes, the entry may be deemed invalid at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s determination regarding Sweepstakes identification is final and binding.

Sponsor’s determination of the postmark date and multiplier eligibility is final and binding.

Entry must be hand-written by the entrant in ink.

No printed, photocopied, or machine-generated entries.

Must be postmarked by June 28, 2026.

Must be received by July 1, 2026.

Incomplete, illegible, altered, or tampered entries are void.

Sponsor is not responsible for mail-in entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, misaddressed, or otherwise unable to be processed due to unclear or inaccurate information provided by the entrant. If Sponsor is unable to reasonably determine an entrant’s name, email address, or other required information from the mail-in card, the entry will be deemed invalid and no entries will be awarded. Sponsor is not obligated to attempt to correct, search for, or contact entrants regarding unreadable, misspelled, or incomplete information submitted on a mail-in entry.

Sponsor is not responsible for errors resulting from unclear, illegible, or difficult-to-read handwriting and is not obligated to interpret, guess, or correct entrant-provided information.

Duplicate submissions are void.

Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Information submitted must match verification information if selected as a potential winner.

All mail-in entries are processed in the same manner as purchase entries and are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
Eligibility requirements in Section 2 apply to all mail-in entrants.

Entry Eligibility by Purchase Date

Entries are only earned for qualifying purchases completed during the official Sweepstakes Period. Purchases made before the start date or after the end date of the Sweepstakes do not earn entries under any circumstances.

The following do not create entry eligibility if the purchase occurs outside the Sweepstakes Period:

  • Product pages displaying entry amounts

  • Advertising or promotional materials referencing entries

  • Cached web pages or screenshots

  • Archived or outdated marketing content

  • Third-party mentions or content

Only purchases successfully processed and timestamped by Sponsor’s system between the official start and end times of the Sweepstakes Period are eligible for entries.

No retroactive entries will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Orders placed before the Sweepstakes began

  • Orders submitted after the Sweepstakes ended

  • Delays caused by internet, browser, payment, technical, or platform issues

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or order modifications will be granted based on sweepstakes entry eligibility or lack thereof.

Sponsor’s internal order records and system timestamps are final and controlling for determining entry eligibility.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify purchases or adjust entries obtained outside the allowable period or in violation of these Official Rules.

Bonus Entry Multipliers

Sponsor may offer limited-time promotional entry multipliers (e.g., “2× entries,” “Double Entries Day,” etc.) during the Sweepstakes Period.

Bonus Entry Terms:

  • Multiplier promotions apply only to eligible entries made during the published promotional period

  • Multiplier values and promotional timing are determined solely by Sponsor

  • Mail-in entries postmarked during a multiplier period will automatically receive the same multiplier as qualifying purchase entries submitted during that period

  • Mail-in entrants do not need to submit additional cards to receive multiplier entries; Sponsor will apply eligible bonus entries based on postmark date.

  • If an envelope contains no legible USPS postmark, the mail-in entry will be accepted as valid but will receive only the base five (5) entry amount and will not be eligible for any promotional multipliers. Sponsor is not responsible for missing, illegible, or misapplied postmarks.

  • Entries submitted before or after the multiplier window will not receive retroactive multipliers or adjustments

  • Sponsor may limit, suspend, modify, or cancel multiplier promotions at any time, at its sole discretion

Sponsor’s internal timekeeping systems and records regarding multiplier eligibility are final and binding.

Promotional Gift Card Giveaway (Limited-Time Promotion)

Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a limited-time promotional giveaway in which five (5) randomly selected qualifying orders will each receive a digital gift card valued at fifty dollars ($50 USD).

This promotional gift card giveaway is separate from and independent of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and does not affect Sweepstakes entry eligibility, odds of winning, or winner selection.

Eligibility for the promotional gift card giveaway is limited to qualifying orders placed during the applicable promotional period, as determined by Sponsor. Mail-in entries are not eligible for the promotional gift card giveaway.

Recipients of the promotional gift cards will be selected at random from eligible orders placed during the promotional period. Selection will occur within one (1) business day following the end of the applicable promotional period.

Digital gift cards will be issued through PerfectGift.com and delivered electronically to the email address associated with the qualifying order. Recipients are solely responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and for checking spam, junk, or filtered folders. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered gift cards due to incorrect email information, spam filtering, or email system issues.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotional gift card giveaway, including the number of gift cards awarded, the value of the gift cards, the delivery method, and the promotional timing, at any time and at its sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a gaming technology package (the “Prize”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,500 USD, consisting of:

Prize Conditions

Actual items, models, specifications, and/or colors may vary based on availability.

Prize components are brand new and shipped sealed. Winner will receive the opportunity to unbox.

No cash alternative is guaranteed and may be offered solely at Sponsor’s discretion as outlined below. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any component with an item of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Cash Alternative Option

At Sponsor’s sole discretion, the verified Grand Prize winner may be offered the option to elect a cash alternative in lieu of receiving the Prize.

If offered and accepted, the cash alternative will be provided in the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500 USD).

Election of the cash alternative must be made by the verified winner within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. If the winner does not timely elect the cash alternative, the Prize will be awarded in its original form.

The cash alternative, if elected, is subject to all verification, eligibility, and documentation requirements set forth in these Official Rules, including but not limited to:

• Identity and eligibility verification
• Submission of a valid government-issued photo ID
• Completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release
• Completion and return of IRS Form W-9

Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the value of the cash alternative.

The method of payment for the cash alternative will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the cash alternative is permitted.

Tax Requirements

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly stated as included in the Prize.

Winner must complete and return a valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Prize.

Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the fair market value of the Prize.

Failure to complete required tax documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Additional Terms

Prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranties, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer.

Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, theft, damage during shipping, or product defects.

Prize cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator on the fourth (4th) calendar day following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, after all timely mail-in entries received by the stated receipt deadline have been received and processed.

Random Selection Method:

The winner will be selected using Clean Sweeps, a third-party automated random drawing tool that utilizes an algorithm-based randomized selection process to ensure fairness.
Sponsor will export and retain an entry log and draw confirmation at the time of selection to verify the integrity of the drawing.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use an equivalent third-party random selection tool if Clean Sweeps is unavailable at the time of the drawing.

Notification:

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry from an official Platinum High Gaming email address ending in @platinumhighgaming.com. The notification email will be sent from Winner@platinumhighgaming.com.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that emails from Platinum High Gaming are not blocked and to regularly check their inbox, spam, and junk folders. Failure to receive or respond to a notification due to email filtering, spam settings, or incorrect contact information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the notification email is sent in order to claim the Prize.

Winner Verification:

The potential winner will be required to:

Verify identity and eligibility

Provide a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification showing the winner’s name, date of birth, and state of residence (sensitive identification numbers may be redacted)

Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where permissible by law)

Complete and return IRS Form W-9

Failure to respond, complete verification, or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Alternate Winner:

If the potential winner:

Does not respond in the required timeframe,

Cannot be contacted,

Declines the Prize,

Fails to complete documentation, or

Is otherwise disqualified,

the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Finality:

Sponsor’s and administrator’s decisions regarding the drawing, verification, eligibility, and all Sweepstakes matters are final and binding in all respects.

7. Publicity Release

Sponsor will maintain documentation of the drawing process (including entry list and draw log) and may provide such documentation to regulatory authorities if required.

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that, if selected as the Winner and upon acceptance of the Prize, the Sponsor and its designees may use the Winner’s name, first initial of last name, city and state of residence, voice, statements, testimonial (written or verbal), and likeness (including photograph or video voluntarily provided by the Winner) for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, review, or approval.

Winner may be invited but is not required to voluntarily provide a photograph or video testimonial with the Prize. Any photo, video, review, or other content voluntarily supplied by Winner becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and may be edited, altered, modified, reproduced, published, publicly displayed, distributed, and used in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate, without further approval or compensation.

By participating, entrants waive and release any and all claims relating to publicity rights, privacy rights, defamation, portrayal in a false light, and moral rights, and release Sponsor from any liability arising from the authorized use of publicity materials in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as requiring entrants or the Winner to appear in advertising or publicity materials, and Winner will not be disqualified for declining to provide a photo or media content.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Engages in fraud, cheating, or tampering

  • Attempts to bypass or violate these Official Rules

  • Uses automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party entry services

  • Submits entries using multiple identities, accounts, emails, or false information

  • Attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes or the entry process

  • Engages in conduct that undermines the fairness, integrity, or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes

Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes

  • Void suspect entries

  • Correct typographical, administrative, or technical errors

  • Apply these Official Rules in a manner consistent with their intent

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, including due to tampering, fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, acts of God, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that affect the security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the action.

All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Platinum High Gaming LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes

  • Inability to participate in the Sweepstakes

  • Acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the Prize

  • Travel or shipment related to the Prize

  • Telephone, computer, system, server, email, network, or technical malfunctions

  • Delayed, failed, lost, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail or entries

  • Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Winner

Entrants agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Technical or human errors

  • Unauthorized human intervention or tampering

  • Printing, typographical, programming, or system errors

  • Lost, stolen, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Any damages or injuries resulting directly or indirectly from participation or Prize use

In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for:

  • Attorney’s fees

  • Indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Any damages exceeding the value of the Prize awarded

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution & Waiver of Right to Sue in Court

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the following dispute resolution terms:

Mandatory Arbitration (No Lawsuits in Court)
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, the Prize, or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered under the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Entrants waive the right to sue Sponsor in court (except as required for qualifying small-claims matters).

No Class Actions / No Jury Trial
Entrants expressly waive:

  • The right to a jury trial

  • The right to file or participate in a class action or class arbitration

  • The right to act as a private attorney general or bring representative claims

All disputes must be brought individually.

Limits on Remedies & Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that:

  • Any recovery is limited to actual, verifiable, out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes (not to exceed the cost of postage for a mail-in entry)

  • Entrants may not recover attorneys’ fees, court costs, or any damages beyond this amount

  • Entrants may not seek or obtain punitive, consequential, incidental, special, statutory, multiple, enhanced, or indirect damages

  • Entrants may not seek injunctive or equitable relief

Small Claims Option
Entrants may bring eligible claims in small claims court in Utah only, and only on an individual basis, if permitted by applicable law.

Arbitrator Authority
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to decide issues relating to the interpretation, enforceability, validity, or scope of this arbitration agreement.

Governing Law
This arbitration agreement shall be governed by:

  • The Federal Arbitration Act, and

  • The laws of the State of Utah, to the extent not inconsistent with the FAA.

Severability
If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, conducting the drawing, complying with legal and tax requirements, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules.

All personal information will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their information by Sponsor for Sweepstakes administration and Prize fulfillment.

Sponsor will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal information to third parties except as necessary for Sweepstakes administration, verification, legal compliance, or with entrant’s consent.

Winner’s name, city, and state may be publicly disclosed as required by law. Additional personal information will not be publicly disclosed without the Winner’s permission, except as legally required.

Entrants may request access to or deletion of their personal information consistent with applicable law; however, such requests made before the end of the Sweepstakes or before Prize fulfillment may result in disqualification if Sponsor is unable to verify eligibility as required.

Sponsor will respond to reasonable inquiries related to Sweepstakes rules and administration.
