Entries earned from purchases are final and non-refundable after the sweepstakes period ends.
Canceled or refunded orders made before the sweepstakes closes will have corresponding entries voided.

However, errors may occur.
All prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or household and to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for any product once an order has been placed. This applies to all purchases, including those made during promotions and sweepstakes periods.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us at support@platinumhighgaming.com within 3 days of delivery with proof of damage (photos of product and packaging). Verified defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. Replacements are only issued for confirmed defective products, not for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address entry, refusal of delivery, or carrier delays.

Because sweepstakes entries are earned at the time of purchase, refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including after the sweepstakes has ended. Any attempt to dispute a charge after receiving entries or merchandise will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action, disqualification from the sweepstakes, and permanent purchase restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Platinum High Gaming LLC and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
