Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During promotions, giveaways, or new product launches, processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier service.
Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and package size.
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@platinumhighgaming.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help file a claim or replace the item if eligible.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or customs (for international orders).
Shipping During Sweepstakes or Promotions
Orders placed during an active Platinum High Gaming Sweepstakes or Giveaway will be processed and shipped as normal.
However:

Delivery times may vary due to increased order volume.

Orders that earned sweepstakes entries are subject to the Sweepstakes Return Policy, meaning they are non-refundable after the giveaway end date.

Shipping costs are not part of the giveaway and will not earn entries unless stated otherwise.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future — follow our social media pages for updates.
