No Returns & No Refunds Policy

At Platinum High Gaming LLC, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for any products once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all purchases, including merchandise purchased during promotional periods, giveaways, and sweepstakes entry periods.

Why?

To ensure fairness and prevent promotional or sweepstakes entry abuse, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Digital Product Refund Policy

All Quick Entry digital poster products are delivered electronically and are considered final sale. Due to the nature of digital downloads, these products are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal occurs for any Quick Entry purchase, all associated sweepstakes entries will be void and removed.

Sponsor reserves the right to deny future purchases from accounts that initiate fraudulent disputes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item & packaging

  • Detailed description of the issue

After review and verification, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Replacements are only issued for verified damaged or defective products — not for buyer’s remorse or misuse.

Shipping Issues

Platinum High Gaming LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Carrier delays or errors

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Any chargeback or refund attempt after delivery will be treated as fraud.
We reserve the right to permanently prohibit abusive customers from future purchases or sweepstakes entries and may pursue legal action if necessary.
